DIY Halloween: Take #1

I made my first piece if holiday decor! I have had a road block in real 'normal' decorating, but my mind has been zipping with holiday ideas! This little project cost me about two dollars. The wood letter was seventy-five cents (everything is always on sale at Hobby Lobby!) and the two sheets of paper were fifty-nine cents together! I had the frame and Mod Podge. This project was way cheap...so how did I spend so much at the craft store?
