A little fur

Every now and again I see lists that tell me the 10, 25 or 100 things that every woman needs to own. I ignore them, unless I already have the item, then I pat myself on the back for being a complete woman (cause what we own defines us...right). These lists often include some fur...check! I got this jacket from Husbands mom, it belonged to her mom. I love love love items that belonged to someone else, that have a story. It makes me feel close to them! I found pocket pack of Kleenex's (not used), two lipstick tubes, and a Mr. Goodbar in the pockets. I never knew Grandma Abele, but I felt close to her wearing this. I need to fix the lining and there is a rip on the sleeve, but I felt AWESOME wearing this! I'd like to thank the mid-November snow fall for making it's debut so I could justify this.

Totally felt like someone richer, cooler, and more successful than me wearing this! I felt like Samantha on Sex in the City, Evita Paron in Evita, or ...I don't know, someone else ostentatious! It was like playing dress up that I wore in real life :).
