It really dawned on me on the Thursday before Easter Sunday that it was already so close. I mean, I knew, but I didn't even decorate! Who am I? I did make sugar cookie for my co-workers. Which they loved. FYI: I make the best sugar cookies you've ever eaten! I have references. Here's the trick: roll the dough out to about 1/2" thick. That's it, only trick. Basically be lazy and roll out the dough less.
Look how adorable! I was going to go crazy decorating them, but then remembered that I'm not talented in that department (sometimes I think I'm my mom, I'm not) so I just made the frosting really really bright. My plan was to just wow people with color so they didn't realize I just slapped frosting on.
Stella got Easter toys. I took pics and sent to my family to be obnoxious. I'm that dog owner. In my defense, all her toys have died and I keep just stuffing the fluff back in them so she can pull it back out. It was time for new toys to demolish.
Happy Eater outfit! So springy, and the weather was perfect for it.

Oh, and Easter also involved eggs getting stuck in our tailpipe and a lot of Husband saying "I told you so."
